Addendum
An offer to purchase submitted to the DPCP must contain NO CONDITIONS. Accordingly, the following documents must be attached when submitting the offer to purchase:
1. A copy of the certified cheque, official cheque, or bank draft representing the agreed-upon deposit, made payable to the acting notary in trust, or a receipt issued by the acting notary confirming that they are holding the deposit amount in their trust account;
2.A bank confirmation letter indicating that the prospective buyer has sufficient funds specifically to complete the purchase of this property;
3.Proof of funds confirmation, if the purchase is to be made in cash;
4.A signed consent form for a background check.
